AX-SX-11 Middle Atlantic 11 Space Equipment Access System 25" Extension 20" Deep Frame

Specify an AXS when installing audio and video equipment flush into a wall or cabinet; ideal for larger systems. The patented pull-out design provides access to rear equipment connections. Entire bays of equipment can be rolled out for service and installation flexibility.
Patented EIA compliant 19" slide-out equipment rack for millwork installation shall be Middle Atlantic Products model #AX-SX-11. Rack shall have 11 useable rackspaces, overall height of 23-15/16", and a useable depth of 20". Rough-in millwork dimensions shall have a minimum depth of 22-1/2" with a 1/2" setback, overall width of 19-1/4" and a weight capacity of 650 lbs. with proper weight distribution. Rack shall be constructed of the following materials: top, base, caster brackets, and horizontal braces shall be 13-gauge steel with black powder coat finish, rack uprights shall be 11-gauge steel rackrail with tapped 10-32 mounting holes in universal EIA spacing. Rackrail shall be finished in black e-coat with marked rackspaces, top and bottom trim panels shall be 11-gauge aluminum with a black brushed and anodized finish. Cable carrier shall be constructed of the following materials: cable carrier and lower hinges shall be constructed of 16-gauge steel, center hinge shall be constructed of 10-gauge steel and cable carrier shall be finished in a black powder coat. Rack top shall have openings to accept up to 2 fans, model # AXS-FAN (one fan) or AXS-FAN-K (two fans). Service tracks and stands shall be constructed of a 13-gauge steel frame with an aluminum extrusion. Service Tracks shall be model # TRACK25 with a 25" track length and 25" rack frame extension depth. Service stand shall be model # TRACKL (for 2-1/4" - 3-1/4" mounting height off floor), TS310 (for 3"-11" mounting height off floor), TS1022 (for 10"-22" mounting height off floor) and TS1640 (for 16"- 40" mounting height off floor). Rack shall be GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified for Children and Schools. Rack shall be RoHS EU Directive 2002 / 95 / EC compliant. Rack shall be manufactured by an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Registered Company. Rack shall be warrantied to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 3 years.
