FSS20811S Nitek Fiber Optic 8 Channel Video System

The NITEK FSS20811S fiber transmitter and receiver set, is a 8 channel fiber-optic video system with Universal-Mode which can operate on either single-mode or multi-mode fiber. It transmits digital video and bi-directional data over a single optical fiber. The unique Universal-Mode optics mean you no longer have to worry about while kind of fiber you have in place. Digital transmission provides broadcast quality video performance, up to distances of 20Km (single-mode) and 1.2Km (multi-mode).
The transmitter and the receiver are engineered to provide simple "plug and play" installation which reduces labor time and lowers cost. The units are equipped with a universal power supply for 90 to 265 VAC. To install, simply plug in the units and connect a camera to the transmitter and the receiver to a video monitor. The RS422/RS485 port allows for the use of camera controls, the system begins communicating after power -up.
