Even though the CC400 is our most affordable center speaker, it features the same types of high-quality drivers found in our bookshelf speakers. Combine it with a few of our NFM5 speakers and a PS-series subwoofer, and you'll have a compact, affordable, high-performance home theater sound system that fits into practically any room.

At less than 6 inches high, the CC400 center speaker is undeniably small. But it sure doesn't sound small. Its dual 4-inch polypropylene woofers are stiffer than paper-cone speakers, for clearer sound and lower distortion. The CC400's woofers also match the tone of the poly woofers in our NFM-series bookshelf speakers, so you get natural and compelling surround sound.

The CC400 uses the same 1-inch aluminum-dome tweeter found in the NFM-series speakers. Because of its high 89 dB sensitivity and forgiving 8-ohm impedance, it's an easy load for any amp or receiver to drive. Combine it with four or six NFM-series speakers and a subwoofer and you will have an outstanding yet compact surround sound system.
