The Jonard Tools FT-6 Flaring & Insertion Tool is designed to facilitate the expansion of cable. This flaring tool is the perfect tool for spreading COAX cable jackets, which allows easy insertion of F connectors. This flaring tool features the following:

• Perfect for use on polyethylene jacketed, plenum, tri-shield, and quad-shield RG6 cables
• Alleviates the bunching of aluminum foil behind the connector, providing easy F connector installation
• Made of heat treated carbon steel with a black oxide finish for maximum durability and cold weather functionality
