Jonard's insulated wire strippers are made of chrome vanadium steel with induction hardening and are heat treated for maximum strength and durability. This wire stripper features the following:

• Works on various types of wire (single conductor or stranded) from 8-30 AWG
• Guards are integrated into the soft TPE handles to prevent contact with conductive parts
• Tested to 10,000 VAC and rated to 1,000 VAC live use
• Handles are made of dual color TPE plastic
• Ergonomically designed cushion grip handle for greater comfort and torque
• Meets and exceeds IEC 60900, ASTM F1505-01, and VDE standards for high voltage protection
