Purchased amounts are reviewed by Uniview quarterly to determine continuity of the Agreement. Either party may submit written intent to terminate the Agreement, without reason, with 30 days' prior notice. The Agreement is automatically extended for additional one-year periods (and Uniview may issue an updated version) unless either party gives written notice at least 30 days before expiration of the original or any extended term. The Agreement terminates automatically if the Distributor Agreement between Uniview and the Distributor ceases.
