Description

The device consists of one or two toggle switches for disabling one or two releasing zones. The switches are mounted to a metal bracket that mounts inside the PFC-4410G3 enclosure.

Application

The RCDS-PM complies with the requirements of NFPA 72 (National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code) and NFPA 2001(Standard on Clean Agent Fire Extinguishing Systems): 1) Specifying a physical switch to disconnect the release circuit in place of a software controlled disconnect. 2) Creating a supervisory condition on the associated release panel

Operation

When the switch is in the disabled position the panel will be in a supervisory condition and the releasing circuit will be in a trouble condition.
